Oak & Sol Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All Oak & Sol candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Times:

• Standard Shipping (1–2 candles): USPS First Class – 2–5 business days
• Priority Shipping (3+ candles or bundles): USPS Priority – 1–3 business days
• Free Tote Shipping: Included with qualifying bundles

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

International Shipping:

Currently, Oak & Sol ships within the United States only.

Please Note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• For bundle orders, all items will ship together once ready.
